Chicken Stew

Chicken Stew
You will absolutely love this dish. It is so simple to make and tastes great each and every time you make it.Simply get all the ingredients and put these in a pot and it will cook itself.
Generally, stew is cooked with Mutton or Beef. Mostly Mutton. However, I gave a twist to it and decided to use Chicken while taping for the Video Recipe.

Stuffed Paratha Recipe by Sfehmi
Paratha, is Indian fried flat bread. A plain paratha is simply flat bread cooked in butter, oil or ghee. People from old school would prefer a paratha to be cooked in Pure Desi Ghee which is nearest to butter as we know it. In order to cook a stuffed paratha the choices are numerous. Stuffing can be of potatoes, cauliflower, methi, cooked lentils or daal, minced meat or keema, vegetables etc. I usually use my left overs as stuffing. At the time when I decided to do this video I had left over Moong ki Daal in my fridge. So that is what I used. Enjoy!
