Paratha, is Indian fried flat bread. A plain paratha is simply flat bread cooked in butter, oil or ghee. People from old school would prefer a paratha to be cooked in Pure Desi Ghee which is nearest to butter as we know it. In order to cook a stuffed paratha the choices are numerous. Stuffing can be of potatoes, cauliflower, methi, cooked lentils or daal, minced meat or keema, vegetables etc. I usually use my left overs as stuffing. At the time when I decided to do this video I had left over Moong ki Daal in my fridge. So that is what I used. Enjoy!

Roti Making Recipe by Sfehmi
Roti, or Indian flat bread is a staple food for millions of people in the sub continent. With rampant migration to different countries this staple food has travelled to all parts of the world. Families who have settled outside the sub-continent still cook Roti on a daily basis. Here is a video that shows how Roti is made. There is no difference between a chapati or roti.
